We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return or exchange an item. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free process, please review our return policy below.
Returns Within 30 Days
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at detoxxactive@outlook.com to initiate the return process.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
• Must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
• Must show no signs of wear, damage, or alterations
• Must include original packaging (bags, boxes, etc.)
Return Options
Store Credit
You may choose to receive store credit for the full purchase value of the returned item(s). Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
Exchange for Size
If you require a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at detoxxactive@outlook.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Include the RA number on your return package
- Pack the item(s) securely in original or suitable packaging
- Send the parcel using a trackable shipping method
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Processing Returns
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility requirements. If approved, store credit or exchange will be processed within 1–3 business days.
